Shipping Policy

All physical Blush & Press Studio orders are sent using Royal Mail. Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

Postage

Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £4
Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5

Turnaround

Printed orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days. Custom party products have a 1–5 working day turnaround. Turnaround times may vary for larger or highly bespoke orders.

Lost or missing parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost or missing, Royal Mail requires up to 10 working days before it can be confirmed as lost. Once Royal Mail has confirmed the parcel as lost, we can arrange a replacement for you.

Tracking details will be provided where applicable. Delivery times after dispatch are controlled by Royal Mail and are separate from our production turnaround.
