Refund Policy

As all of our products and designs are made especially for you, we do not offer refunds on customised or bespoke orders. Custom items cannot be resold to another customer once work has started or the item has been produced.

This policy applies to all printed, digital and party items.

If there is a problem with your order

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you have another issue with your items, please contact us as soon as possible. We are always happy to look into the problem and find a suitable solution. Where appropriate, a replacement may be offered.

Before ordering

Please check that all names, wording, sizes, quantities and other information you provide are correct before approving your order. Full payment is required before any design work, printing or production begins.
